Stock Analysis Reports

Overview

This Odoo module helps to show Stock Positioning Analysis with measure by Quantity On Hand, Incoming QTY, Outgoing QTY, Forecast QTY(Saleable) of the Product variants Group by available stock locations.

How It Works

(A) Pivot View of Products(Tabular Report)

Menu Path : Inventory > Stock Positioning Reports > Products
User can see Stock Positioning Analysis with measure by OnHandQTY, IncomingQTY, OutgoingQTY, ForcastedQTY of the Products Group by available stock locations.
Note : User must have to reload this page to get accurate Stock Qty.

(F) Pivot View of Product Variants(Tabular Report)

Menu Path : Inventory > Stock Positioning Reports > Product Variants
User can see Stock Positioning Analysis with measure by OnHandQTY, IncomingQTY, OutgoingQTY, ForcastedQTY of the Product Variants Group by available stock locations.
Note : User must have to reload this page to get accurate Stock Qty.

(B),(C),(G),(H)

Menu Path : Inventory > Stock Positioning Reports > PDF : Excel Stock Positioning Report
User can also print Stock Positioning Analysis Reports in two formats.
   1) PDF format,
   2) Excel format.

User can apply filters like Report Type, Products, Product Variants.

Wizard Explanations:

(1) Report Type: By default Report Type set as Product Variants. User can change it.
  IF user want to print report for Products (templates), Please select Products option.
  IF user want to print report for Product Variants, Please select Product Variant option.
  If Report Type == Products, Products field will be visible at below of Report Type.
  If Report Type == Product Variants, Product Variants field will be visible at below of Report Type.
(2) Products: Only visible if Report Type == Products selected.
  User can select multiple products here. It helps to print data for particular products.
  If products assigned here, then only selected Product's data will be print in report. If user want all products data, please leave it blank.
(3) Product Variants: Only visible if Report Type == Products Variants selected.
  User can select multiple product variants here. It helps to print data for particular products variants.
  If product variants assigned here, then only selected product variants data will be print in report.
  If user want all product variants data, Please leave it blank.
(4) Print Excel: Report will print in Excel format.
(5) Print PDF: Report will print in PDF format.

(B) PDF report for Products from Wizard : Filters available.

Here we assign Report Type is Products and do not assign products in Products block.
Report will print all Products Data.

Let's print report.


With Filters

Report Type = Products and add a product in Products block. Now Report will print with selected Products only.
Please refer below Layout.

(C) Excel report for Products from Wizard : Filters available.

Report Type = Products and do not assign products in Products block. Report will print all Products Data.

With Filters

Report Type = Products and add multiple products in Products block. Now Report will print with selected Products only.
Please refer below Layout.

(G) PDF report for Product Variants from Wizard : Filters available.

Here we assign Report Type is Product Variants and do not assign products in Product Variants block.
Report will print with all Product Variants Data.

Let's print report.

(H) Excel report for Product Variants from Wizard : Filters available.

Report Type = Product Variants and do not assign products in Product Variants block.
Report will print with all Product Variants Data.

Now Report will print with selected Variants only. Please refer below Layout.

(D) Table View in Products Form view.

*User can view product's on hand quantity, incoming quantity, out quantity, forecast quantity Group by available stock locations.

(E) PDF Report from Products Form View.

*User can print Pdf report for a Product just by click on Positioning Report PDF Button. So user can get pdf report with a single Click.

(I) Table View in Product Variants Form view.

User can view product variants on hand quantity, incoming quantity, out quantity, forecast quantity Group by available stock locations.

(J) PDF Report form Product Variants Form View.

User can print Pdf report for a product variant just by click on Positioning Report PDF Button. So user can get pdf report with a single Click.
