Requirements
- Must have the Inventory App installed
How to install

- Remove the filter "Apps" in the Search Bar
- Search and install Restrict Validation for Transfers
For Inventory Admins: Configure users as Validators
- Go to the Inventory App
- Go to the configuration form
- Click the 'More Options' button
- Click the 'Configuration' button
- Configure users by selecting or typing in the "Users Allowed to Validate" field
For non-validators: Validation does not push through and a validator is notified
- Select an Inventory Transfer type
- Select a Transfer to Validate
- Click the "Validate" button
- An activity will be scheduled and assigned for a Validator
For Validators: Validate a Transfer
- Find the list of Transfers ready to be validated
- Click the Notification button
- Click here to go to the list of Transfers
- Select a Transfer to Validate
- Validate the Transfer
- Click the Validate button
- Mark the Scheduled Activity as 'Done'
Limitations
- The user cannot directly specify users to be "blocked" from validating transfers.
- This can still be done indirectly by including everyone except for the "blocked user"
- Admins can only configure Validators for each Inventory Operation Type
- Transfer Validation requests will be automatically assigned to the first user configured in the "Users Allowed to Validate" field
- This can still be changed via the "Edit" button
- The field automatically arranges the configured users alphabetically
