The Purchase Subscription module integrate with Purchase application and helps you in Providing Subscription from your Vendors and the module also reminds vendors by sending email alerts for renewing subscription plans, making payments, generating new bills, etc.
Work Flow: How The Purchase Subscription Works
Subscription Plans:
- Here you can view all available plans
Creating Subscription Plan:
- Here you can create new Subscription Plan
Subscription Products:
- Here you can view all subscription products
Create Subscription Product:
- You can easily create a new subscription product
- Assign the product to a subscription plan
Subscriptions:
- View all subscriptions
Create New Subscription:
- Create a new subscription by providing all required fields
Creating New Subscription:
After Confirming the Subscription:
- Purchase Order is Created
- Click 'Create Bill' to Create the bill and pay
Bill Created:
- Set the quantity
- Click the 'Post' to post the bill for payment
Bill Posted: Ready to Pay:
- Click the 'Register Payment' to pay the bill
Pay (Register Payment):
Bill Paid:
Subscription Active After Payment:
Subscription Renewal Reminder (Email):
Subscription Closing:
- By Clicking the "End Subscription" you cna close the subscription
- Before closing, mention the reason to close
Subscription Closed(End):
Settings:
- Settings for renewal reminder
- Set the minimum days before expire, to remind
