Bulk RFQ Form With Product Lines and Multiple Suppliers in Draft State, When Click on Create RFQ it will create multiple RFQ with selected supplier
RFQs are created with selected multiple suppliers and Smart button for RFQ and Add Price will be visible
RFQ Created in Draft State, List view from RFQ/Purchase Smart Button
Send RFQ button will send email to selected suppliers for the price and change state of RFQ to RFQ Sent
Email is sent to supplier for the Prices and RFQ Status changed to RFQ Sent
Now Suppliers Give the Price and add in Purchase Lines,Purchase Lines Display With Group By Products to Add and Compare Price from Add Price Button
Here Only Price Unit and Schedule Date is Editable in Draft and RFQ Sent State
Now After Adding Price, Compare Price and Select Lines to Make Order, Make sure while Purchase, Non Selected Purchase Lines will be deleted, and CONFIRM PURCHASE button will convert from RFQ to PO
After Confirm Purchase, Selected Lines are appeared with Non Editable Price Field, and other lines are removed from RFQ
Set Manually Bulk RFQ to Done By Clicking Set to Done button
