  • Login to Pipedrive's Sandbox Account. Click on Create app to Create a new app.

  • Enter the Callback url.

  • Go to Oauth and Scopes as highlighted in the screenshot. Copy the client ID and Client Secret.

  • Click on the Profile icon of your Pipedrive Account ---> Personal Preferences then go to the API section.

  • Copy your personal API token.

  • Go to Settings→Users and Companies→Users. Click on the logged-in user and go to Pipedrive Configuration. Enter the Client ID, Client Secret and the Redirect URL copied from Pipedrive.

  • After Pasting the required fields in the respective fields. Press the Build Connection Button.

  • After Successful Connection.

  • Pipedrive's Dashboard.


  • Synced Users from Pipedrvie will be in Odoo Users.

  • Contacts in Pipedrive.

  • Synced Contacts from Pipedrive will be in Odoo Contacts

  • Products in Pipedrive

  • Synced Products from Pipedrive will be in Odoo Sales under Products section.

  • Deals in Pipedrive

  • Synced Deals from Pipedrive will be in CRM.

Redirect url is used to authenticate your app with Pipedrive app using your client id and client secret.
