What it does
- Do your customers have any orders for customized modules?

This module will help you sell your development/customization services and allow customers to download the apps developed according to their orders.

Instructions
Instruction video: Odoo Apps Project Sales
1. Create a project and configure a time-based service product
After installing the module, create a new project named Feature Customization then set up log time on tasks.
Navigate to Sales > Products > Products, press Create to create a new product. Set up the following information:
- Product Name: Customization Service;
- Product Type: Service;
- Invoicing policy: Based on Timesheets;
- Create on Order: Task;
- Project: Select the Feature Customization project.
Press Save to complete this step.
2. Create a sales order for the service
Navigate to Sales > Sales Order > Quotations, press Create to create a new sales quotation in the Sales app. From here, select the Customization Service product and the number of hours that your customer wants to purchase.
Once all the information is completed, press Confirm. At this moment, a task in the Feature Customization project is automatically created and named according to the template: SO Reference - Customization Service.
3. Configure the new module to be developed and log timesheets
Go to the Feature Customization project in the Project app, find the task attached to the sales order, select a git repo, git branch, and the Developed Odoo Module info. With the Project Administrator access rights, you can assign tasks to your team members.
The task assignees press Log Timesheet when start working on the task to have their actual working time recorded automatically on said task.
Note: You can log the timesheet by pressing Add a line, and add the task description and worked hours on the Timesheets tab.
4. Create a service invoice and record payment
When you finish a task, on the sales order, you can view the total working hours recorded on the system.
Press Create Invoice. After checking all the information on the invoice, press Confirm and register your customer's payment.
5. Customers download the finished module
Your customer can download the customized module in the My Purchased Apps section on Viindoo ERP software once they are granted the portal access.
