Instructions

Instruction video: Sales Lines Numbering

Usages

First, you need to create a sale order/quotation then add an ordinal number to each sales order line.

The default ordinal number is 10. However, you can edit it according to your needs.

The order number on the sale order

Next, you can add a consecutive number in the second sales order line, press Save and the system will automatically arrange it in ascending order. For example, the ordinal number of the first sales order line is 10 and for the second line, the ordinal number is 9. When you press Save, the line with the number 9 will be reordered and displayed above the line with the number 10.

Sort order

When printing a quotation/sale order, the PDF version of the sale order also displays the configured ordinal number.
