Calculate Quantity Sold Using Lot or Serial Number from Purchase Orders
Once installed, The app seamlessly adds a "Quantity Sold" field to the vendor bills invoice lines. For products with lot or serial numbers, the app ensures precise calculation of the quantity sold through the POS system, utilizing the lot or serial numbers for accuracy. An on-screen toast notification will keep you informed that the quantity sold has been calculated based on these lot or serial numbers, ensuring transparent and efficient inventory management.
Calculate Quantity Sold from Purchase Order Based on Product Receipt Date
The app employs a hybrid approach to optimize inventory management for your purchase orders. In cases where products are not tracked by lot or serial numbers, and no lot number was assigned, the app intelligently calculates the quantity sold for each product based on the receipt date in the purchase order. You'll receive an on-screen toast notification, keeping you informed that the quantity sold was determined using the purchase order's receipt date. This ensures seamless inventory tracking, enhancing your operational efficiency.

In scenarios where some products in a purchase order are tracked by lot or serial numbers while others are not, our app intelligently calculates the quantity sold for each product. For products without lot or serial numbers, the app uses the receipt date in the purchase order to determine the quantity sold. Simultaneously, it accurately computes the quantity sold for lot-tracked products. You'll receive an on-screen toast notification, keeping you informed that the quantity sold was determined using both the purchase order's receipt date and lot numbers. Check quantity sold from vendor bills
You can check the quantity sold for each product in the vendor bills button box or from the bills submenu under the Vendors menu in the accounting module. simply select a vendor bill to see the quantity sold for each product. it is important to note the quantity sold is calculated in units. for pack products just know the quantity sold is in units
