In order to forecast accurately, you need to understand the past. Inventory forecast helps to manage your business processes systematically and forecasts the availability of your inventory as per the demands and cuts down the unnecessary stock.
How to Make Better Prediction
Forecasting is the act of predicting future events. In order to forecast accurately, you need to understand the past. By understanding the past, you can predict the future. There are many ways to forecast. One way is to use trend analysis. Trend analysis is the study of historical data to determine whether a pattern exists. Once you find a pattern, you can predict future events based on that pattern. Another way to forecast is to use seasonal analysis. Seasonal analysis is the study of past sales to determine which products sell best at certain times of year. Using seasonal analysis, you can plan ahead to increase sales.
