POS Chatter
Chatter box is one of the best ways to communicate with a user, but it is currently unavailable in Odoo POS sessions. It can be difficult to communicate at times because if you want to chat, you must close or Keep in the backend the session. You can see that it is a lengthy and time-consuming process.

1. To enable chatter option in pos screen. Go to Point of Sale -> Configuration -> Point of Sale -> Shop. then find "Enable POS Chat" Boolean and make it true.
2. After configuration go to the pos screen. so here you can see chatter Button.
3. Now, you can simply use all chatter features in pos screen.
4. Chatter popup open in POS screen also.
