Install Odoo WhatsApp Purchase Module
From App Menu > Install Module
Send by WhatsApp Button
After installing the module, Go to Purchase Menu > Under Orders Menu, Click on RFQ/Purchase Orders Menu > Select Any Purchase Order > Click on SEND BY WHATSAPP Button
