Twilio Whatsapp Odoo Integration module helps Odoo users to send/receive Messages across Whatsapp and Odoo ERP.

With this module, you can send WhatsApp messages to customers' devices. This will help you in sending alerts, notifications, updates, or promotional messages to your customers.

Odoo users can create templates to be sent to the customer for different activities.

You can also check the message History and their Delivery status.

Auto Delete Feature: You Message log won't be generated in the Whatsapp SMS module when this feature is enabled. If this button is disabled, you can check every message logs which has been sent from the Odoo app.

How to Install

Go to Apps -> Search for module "Twilio Whatsapp Odoo Integration" -> Install
Configuration

For configuration, go to the app named "Whatsapp SMS" in your Odoo instance -> Configurations -> "Whatsapp Server", and create a new SMS gateway for Whatsapp on Odoo. Add relevant details along with Account Sid, Auth token and WhatsApp number configured on Twilio. For twilio configuration, After your number registered with Twilio Account, Go to Phone numbers -> Active numbers -> open it, Need to configure your domain "https://your_domain/whatsapp/sms"
How to Use

Go to the app on your Odoo named WhatsApp SMS

Click on Create to send a new instant message.

Add relevant details of the receiver and type the message or select pre-defined templates.

Quick Messages

In order to send Whatsapp messages from Opportunity/Orders to your customer/vendors, Go to the Opportunity/Order, click on "Action", and click on "Send Whatsapp Text Message"

The number will auto-populate(if it is already configured for the particular contact). Type the message/Choose Template and then click on "Send"

To create a Whatsapp template, Go to the app on your Odoo named WhatsApp SMS

Click on WhatsApp SMS in the Menubar, and select WhatsApp Templates from the dropdown.

Click on Create and add the Template Name, Activity name, Default Server, and Body of the Template.

Click on Save

Click on the app "WhatsApp SMS" from the Odoo dashboard, it takes you to the list of all the Quick messages you have sent along with its Status

Usage
Quick Messages
Go to the app on your Odoo named WhatsApp SMS Click on Create to send a new instant message. Add relevant details of the receiver and type the message or select pre-defined templates. Sent Message to Individual contact or Send same message to Multiple contacts
