First you should install our custom module 'uom_in_pricelist'. After installation, you can select the UOM in Advanced Price rule.
Here, in this example, selected the UOM in unit and dozens. And applied different conditions.
Then we can select Price list from the sale order.
You can see the Price list is applied in the sale order based on the uom condition.
