Vehicle Repair/ Service Feedback
Get feedbacks form your customers and improve your services
This module will help you to get feedbacks form your customers and improve your services. You can create different feedback forms for different vehicle types. When the service is done then it will email the customer and ask for feedback about the service. And the email has a link to the online feedback form. This app uses the Odoo default Survey Module to create feedback forms, so you can use the power of survey app to get better result statics. Also create fully customised feedback forms
- Add multiple questions to the form
- When Service is completed it will send the mail to the customer to ask for feedback
- Here you can check the feedback status
- Also by using the smart button you can check the feedback
