Issue
Usually, the customers that book consulting appointments from the website could be potential customers, so the business would like to continue taking care of them to convert them into orders.
With the Appointment to Opportunity module, the system can automatically create opportunities related to the customer's appointments booked from the website. However, these quotations are converted from those opportunities that are not linked directly to the appointments and we could not statistics them.
Solution
This module helps to automatically link quotation created from opportunity to the appointment of the corresponding opportunity. This will help the business easily manage the conversion rate of appointments to quotations/sales orders and track the consultation history of employees with customers.

Installation
- Navigate to Apps.
- Search with keyword viin_appointment_sale_crm.
- Press Install.

Activate feature
- You go to Appointments app and navigate Configuration > Settings, select the checkbox for Link Appointment from Opportunity to Quotation/Order.
Automatically links the Appointment with the Quotations
- Convert an Opportunity to a Quotation.
- The Quotation/Sales Order is linked and displayed on the Appointment interface.
- Go to the Quotation/Sales Order interface > Other Info tab, the related appointment information is also automatically filled in. The manager can access this appointment directly.
Track the number of Appointments that are converted to Quotation/Sales Order
- On the appointment list interface, click the Filter button > Add Custom Filter > Sales Order is set, the list will display Appointments associated with Quotes/Sales Orders. From there, you can track the number of appointments converted to quotations/sales orders.
