Customer Product Warranty Claim Management (using Odoo Enterprise Helpdesk App) and backend Integrated with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Main Features:
- This module allows you to create a Return Order or RMA Order from Claim Request (Helpdesk Ticket).
- Your claim team can create a return order or RMA order for a claim request and that will handle cases like allowing you to repair, scrape and replace the claimed item by customer.
- Claim order linked with Return Order / RMA as shown.
