Juspay Payment Gateway with Refund
Juspay Payment Gateway with Refund is for online businesses to accept payments from customers worldwide. It supports over 50 countries and 29 currencies, making it easy to process global transactions. With more than 100 local payment methods. Admins select Juspay as the payment provider, enter the credentials in the backend, and enable the option. During checkout, customers choose Juspay, are redirected to its secure payment page, and enter their card details. After clicking "Proceed to Pay", they are taken to a status page where they confirm the transaction. Once complete, Juspay displays transaction details, and customers see a success message. Admins can view all payments and refunds in the backend, with detailed transaction data. To issue a refund, they click the refund button, enter the amount, and confirm. Refunds are processed instantly and cannot be done again for the same amount. Dashboard & Transaction Tracking:
- All payment and refund details are viewable in the backend, with full records maintained for transparency and reconciliation. The merchant can also review transactions on the Juspay sandbox dashboard.
Secure Card Entry & Transaction:
- Customers securely enter their card number, expiry date, and CVV, then submit to complete the payment. They see transaction details after completion.
Seamless Customer Checkout:
- Customers add products, select Juspay as their payment method, and click "Pay Now". They are redirected to Juspay's secure page to enter their card details.
Refund Management:
- Admins click "Refund", enter the refund amount and reason in a wizard, and process refunds easily. Refunds are recorded and cannot be duplicated.
Easy Setup & Enablement:
- Admins choose Juspay as their payment gateway, enter necessary credentials like Client ID, API key, and activate it from the backend.
Supports Multi-country & Multi-currency:
- Accept payments from over 50 countries with support for 29 currencies, including international card payments.
Juspay Payment Gateway with Refund Workflow
- The admin navigates to Website > Configuration > Payment Provider and selects Juspay.
- The admin enters required credentials, such as Client ID, API Key, and then publishes the setup.
- The customer adds products to the cart, proceeds to the checkout at the frontend. The customer is redirected to the payment page, where they select the Juspay payment method.
- The customer fills in the card number, expiry date, and CVV, then clicks the "Proceed to Pay" button, and then selects the transaction status.
- Admin navigates to Website > Configuration > Payment Transactions to view the complete transaction history.
- Admin finds the relevant transaction via the backend, clicks on the Payment ID to view details.
- On the payment detail page, the admin clicks the Refund button. Open the Juspay refund wizard: Enter the refund amount according to preference. Admin clicks Refund. The refund transaction is processed through Juspay.
- Admin can view the complete payment and refund history in the backend.
- The merchant views all payment and refund transaction details on the Juspay sandbox dashboard.

Juspay Payment Providers
On the Payment Providers page, select the Juspay payment provider to enable it for transaction processing.
Enter The Credentials
Select the Juspay payment provider to enable it for processing transactions. Once Juspay is enabled, enter the required credentials.
Juspay From Payment Method
To proceed with online transactions, you need to enable the Juspay payment option in the payment method settings. This allows customers to make Juspay payments during the checkout process.

After selecting the products during the checkout process, proceed to the payment section, and select the Juspay payment method for processing your online transaction.
Juspay Card Details
Once you select the payment option, enter the card details. Provide the card number, expiration date, and CVC code as required. Verify that all information is accurate before proceeding to finalize the payment.
Transaction Status Options
Before finalizing the transaction on the Juspay secure page, select one transaction status.

The customer chooses the transaction status and then clicks "Submit" to finalize the payment process.
Status Captured Successfully
The Juspay secure page shows detailed information about the transaction.
Payment Information
The payment confirmation is displayed successfully, indicating that the transaction has been processed.
Paystack Transaction Details and Payment ID
View the complete payment transaction details, which include the Juspay transaction ID, currency, and status. Also, click on the payment ID to view payment details and initiate a refund.
Paystack Refund Process
On the payment page, you can view details of the order process using the Juspay payment option. To initiate a refund, click the refund button corresponding to the amount you wish to refund.
Refund Wizard
To issue a refund, open the Juspay refund wizard: Enter the refund amount according to preference. Admin clicks Refund. The refund transaction is processed through Juspay.
Refund Transaction Details
Display the complete details of the refund transaction, including the refund amount. In the Juspay refund details section, provide the Juspay transaction ID, currency, and status.
Payment Transaction History List
Admins can review all payment transactions and their details from the backend.
Juspay Sandbox
The merchant can view the history list of payment transactions on the Juspay sandbox dashboard.
Juspay Transaction Details on Dashboard
The merchant can see detailed payment and refund information on the Juspay sandbox dashboard. This helps keep track of all transactions easily.
