General
Process Costing Configurations
Admin can select manufacturing process costing method as "Manually" or "Work-Center" under Manufacturing > Configurations. Navigate to Manufacturing > Configurations -> Settings.
Bom Form Page
Process 1: Manual Admin has to add all costing data manually, Admin can see that direct material cost is automatically added based on components of the Bill of Material.
Direct Material Cost Tab
Admin can manually add Direct Material Cost.
Manually Select The Operation
Admin can manually add Direct Labour Cost.
Manually Add The Overhead Cost
Admin can manually add overhead costs directly to the bill of materials.

The admin can see the complete cost in a separate tab.
Create Manufacturing Orders
When admin creates manufacturing orders from BOM then selected BOM's Direct Labour Cost and Direct Overhead Cost will be filled automatically on the manufacturing order. Direct Material Cost will be filled automatically based on the Consumed Materials of the manufacturing order. If you want to add direct material cost manually then you can also add.

Manufacturing Process Running
By clicking on the Create Work orders button, a Work order will be created with Direct Material Cost, Direct Labour Cost, and Direct Overhead Cost.

Manufacturing order completed with Direct Material Cost, Direct Labour Cost, and Direct Overhead Cost.
Actual Calculation
According to the work order details and duration, the system will calculate the actual cost of the manufacturing order.

Assign The Costing Through Work Center For The Auto Process
Process 2: Work centers Admin has to enter "Overhead Costs per hour" and "Labour Costs per hour" in the work center, and all the costing lines will be added automatically in BoM based on the actual costing fields of the work center.

Admin Can Change The Component Quantity
Total number of items consumed in the work order. Admin can change the number of components.
Confirm The Change Consumption Quantity
After admin clicks produce all, the system will ask for confirmation for the change in quantity.
Admin Can Change The Material Quantity
After admin changes the material quantity, the Direct Material Cost changes.
Total Actual Costing
Total actual cost of the manufacturing order based on accurate material cost and other costs.
