Quick Product- Feedback
The Quick Product Feedback app improves customer interaction by allowing signed-in users to share feedback on products directly from the product page. The admin can turn on this feature to collect feedback easily through simple like and dislike options. This enables the customer to express their opinions and provides useful insights into what they like and how well products are doing. Admin can efficiently manage product feedback in the backend by viewing detailed lists and using filters to see all liked or disliked feedback. Guest users cannot provide feedback, so insights are ensured only from verified customers.

Quick Product Feedback Features
Backend Management:
- Admin has access to a detailed list of all feedback received, allowing for effective monitoring and management of customer opinions.
Like and Dislike Options:

Quick Product Feedback Workflow
- Go to website -> configuration settings, and enable product feedback.
- Select a product to display the like and dislike icons on the product page.
- Navigate to Website > eCommerce, then click on the Feedback option to proceed.
- Apply the like and dislike filters to view only the product feedback that has been liked or disliked.

General
Configuration Setting
Enable product feedback so signed-in customers can submit their reviews on the product.


Product Page
Once product feedback is enabled, display options for customers to like or dislike the feedback, along with the counts for each.
Like Product
Share your feedback by liking the product. This action helps express your appreciation and contributes to valuable insights for other customers.


Dislike Product
The product feedback shows a dislike for this item. This information can help identify areas for improvement and better meet customer expectations.
Website Homepage
Navigate to Website > eCommerce and click on the Feedback option to continue.


Product Feedback List in the backend
After selecting feedback, display the detailed list of product feedback submissions. This provides a comprehensive view of customer opinions for each product.
Apply Filter
Apply filters and select "Like" from the filter options.


Like Filter
After the admin applies the like filter, display only the list of product feedback that has been liked. This allows for easier identification of positive customer reviews.
Dislike Filter
The admin applies the dislike filter to display a list of all product feedback that has been marked as disliked. This allows for a targeted review of negative feedback.


Guest Customers
Guest customers do not have access to the like and dislike options for providing product feedback. This restriction ensures that feedback is collected only from verified users.
