Used to run audio files from other storage systems

Easily installable as a text field widget

Supported on both enterprise and community versions

  • Adjust audio speed from 0.25x to 2

​▶ Application

Useful for customer service representatives or sales agents who want to review past calls to improve their performance or to investigate customer complaints.

Allows users to play back recorded calls associated with each call record in the report.

impossible to see the player in version 16...
