Enabled Worker Management menu

By default, the Worker Management menu will not be seen in the menu bar. For making it visible, Users -> Technical Settings -> click on the checkbox Receptionist

Create Jobs

For generating Jobs for the worker's, you can select the main menu. Worker Management -> Click on the Jobs for generating the jobs for workers.

Job's Information Form

Thereafter, create your new job information of task for worker.

Asset Selection

Now, you will be able to select the asset that needs to be repaired by the worker. When you select the asset, the asset address is automatically set in the asset address field.

Set Job Priority

We can set the job priority based on its usage. If the asset is highly used, we can set it to high priority. We can also set the priority to medium or low.

Set Job Creator

We can see that the job creator is set by default to the current logged-in user. This user is the receptionist who manages this job.

Assign Workers in Job

Inside the Worker Process tab, we can add workers based on the job requirements. We can also set the worker's status, start date etc. Based on the worker selection, the designation is automatically fetched in the designation column.

Job Hold by Worker

When, for some reason, the worker stops working on a particular job, enter the hold date and time in the hold date field and also add the hold reason in the reason field.

Job Products

We can add products to the job. When any job is completed and a product is used or replaced to complete the job, it is mentioned in the Product tab.

Job Documents

We can add documents and images before the job is done. After the job is completed, any changes made and the work done should be mentioned in the document tab.

Worker's Report

We can see the report based on the completed job, including the work done by the worker, the job process, and the worker status.

Generate Assets

For generate a new asset Go to Worker Management -> Configurations -> Asset Management menu.

Asset Management Form

To create an asset, we need to add the asset name and asset address for identification.

Generate Product

To generate a new asset, go to the Worker Management -> Configurations -> Product Management menu. Afterward, fill in the necessary information related to the product.

Create a Worker

To create a new worker, go to the Worker Management -> Configurations -> Workers menu. Afterward, fill in the necessary information related to the worker.

Create a Users

To create a new user, go to the Worker Management -> Configurations -> Users menu. Afterward, fill in the necessary information related to the user.

Create a Receptionist

To create a new receptionist, go to the Worker Management -> Configurations -> Receptionist menu. Afterward, fill in the necessary information related to the receptionist.
