Square Terminal
"Square Terminal" refers to the integration of the Square payment gateway with the Odoo point of sale (POS) module. Square is a popular payment processor that allows businesses to accept credit card payments. Odoo, on the other hand, is an open-source ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) platform. When Square Terminal is integrated with Odoo, it enables businesses to process credit card payments directly from the Odoo POS interface using a Square Terminal device. This integration streamlines the payment process and allows for a seamless and secure transaction experience for both the customers and the business.

Installation

First of all, install the module.
"OAuth Configuration"
You need to input "Application ID", "Application Secret", and "Location ID". Go back to Square developer and get these infomation, don't forget switch to Production mode.
- Goto Point of Sale -> configuration -> Payment Method.
"Step 1"
- In Payment Method Section .
- You have to create new payment method.
- Click the Create button.

- Select the payment method Terminal->Square Terminal
"Step 3"
- In Payment Method Section .
- Select the payment method Terminal->Square Terminal
- Paste the secret Key of Test key in Stripe API Key Section.
- Don't Enable the Test(Simulated Reader)
- Fill Token key, Generate Device Code button, the location Id , Registration key, and Device Name
"Step 4"
Go back to Square developer and get credentials information and input into payment method.
And input location info
- Goto Point of Sale -> Configuration -> Point Of Sale.
"Step 5"
- In Point of Sale section select the shop.
- Goto Payments and add payment method.
- Add Square Terminal payments method to this specific shop.
- Save it.
"Step 6"
- Log in to your Stripe account.
- Go to the Point of Sale module.
- Click on the "Point of Sale" tab in the top menu.
- If you want to start a new session, click on the "New Session" button. If you want to continue an existing session, click on the "Current Session" button.

To start a new or current session in the Point of Sale module in Odoo, follow these steps:
This will open the point of sale interface, where you can create and manage orders, process payments, and perform other tasks. If you have configured a payment method such as the Stripe terminal, you will be able to use it to process payments for orders in the point of sale interface.
