Configuration
- Go to the Pont of Sale -> Products -> POS Loyalty
- Here we have to Configure Point per $ spent, point per currency, Min points to apply reward and reward product.
- Once we created the Loyalty then we need to configure this loyalty inside configuration -> Point of Sale like,
- - Enable "Loyalty Program"
- Note: After enabling this option it will ask you to link the POS Loyalty.
- Once we move to the POS screen you will see the loyalty points that you earn by the product.
- If you will try to apply the rewards without selecting the customer it will give the warning.
- Inside the POS screen Customer list you can also see how much loyalty points are the customer have.
- At the creation time of POS Loyalty we have added minimum point for apply reward are 15.
- So here customer must have minimum 15 rewards point are required to used it.
- You can see in below images that customer Brandon Freeman has only 10 rewards point so he can not apply his reward point.
- The information about the rewards point are shown in pos receipt.
- Inside the POS Order we have added one tab for pos loyalty information.
- From customer -> Sales & Purchase tab we can also see the information about the loyalty points of the customer.
