Odoo Zadarma PBX integration

This is a module for integrating Odoo with cloud VoIP PBX from Zadarma.
It allows you to initiate a call from an Odoo, download and save information about calls, Contacts, show operators pop-up notifications about calls, automatically create from calls: Leads, Tickets, Orders, ... automatically create a task for missed calls.

During phone calls, you get popup notification(the same as on screenshot below).
From this popup notification, you will know not only the name of the Client, what Company he is from, what his function is, but also see all his Leads.
In one click you can open: the Phone call form, Contact, Lead, or other model form, which is bonded with this phone call.

Your Odoo has a directory of Partners and their phone numbers.
Speed up your business process with a one-click call to Partner.
Now there is no need to be afraid to make a mistake when dialing 10 digits of a phone number.

Phone calls in Threads

Use phone calls in model Discuss.

You will see phone calls in the Thread of: Contacts, Leads, Opportunities, Sale Orders, Tasks, Employees, ... any model containing the Discussion Thread.
Phone calls will be displayed in chronological orderalong with emails, SMS messages, notes, viber, telegram, whatsapp, skype, ... messages.
Listen to audio records of calls directly from the form Thread.
You will be able to make text descriptions of phone calls and see these descriptions in the Thread.
You can easily and quickly rebind a phone calls from the Lead thread to the Contact thread or another model thread..

Auto-generate Contacts, Leads, Tasks, Requests,... from phone calls

You can enable the generation of Leads, Tasks, Requests, ... for incoming and / or outgoing calls for each PBX extension line. Very flexible settings. Your Contacts will be created automatically from calls. Your calls will be automatically linked and displayed in the feeds of the models. When a Contact is generated, the phone will be automatically filled in. The Country will be automatically determined and filled in by the telephone prefix.

When your operator missed a Client's phone call, then operator will see this call in the "MISSED, BURNING" calls menu. When the operator calls back on "BURNING" phone call gets through (or if the client calls back and gets through), the call is automatically "UN-BURNING" (disappears from the list of "burning" calls).
If the operator missed the call, then in the Record associated with the call (Contact, Lead, Task, ...), a "Call Back" task will be automatically created for the responsible manager.
You can also enable the marking of missed calls with an "Star", and all missed calls will be accumulated in the "Starred" menu, but after the call back, this mark will have to be removed manually.

Installation module in Odoo

To install this module, you need to:

Download the module and add it to your Odoo addons folder. Afterward, log on to your Odoo server and go to the Apps menu. Trigger the debug mode and update the list by clicking on the "Update Apps List" link. Now install the module by clicking on the install button.

Configuration Zadarma

  1. Open https://my.zadarma.com account in web. Sign In.
  2. Menu - Setting - Integrations and API
  3. Generate API key and API secret. Store them in Odoo - menu "General settings" - PBX - "API key" and "API secret". Switch to "Production mode".
  • At this point, the "zadarma" module should already be installed.
  1. In Zadarma account set your odoo-url in field "Phone call notification in PBX" in format https://your-odoo-url/zadarma. Push button "Update".
4.2. Set all checkboxes: NOTIFY_START, NOTIFY_INTERNAL, NOTIFY_END, NOTIFY_OUT_START, NOTIFY_OUT_END, NOTIFY_ANSWER
  1. In Zadarma account set your odoo-url in field "Other notifications (webhooks)" in format https://your-odoo-url/zadarma. Push button "Update".
5.2. Set all checkboxes: NUMBER_LOOKUP, CALL_TRACKING, SMS, SPEECH_RECOGNITION

Configuration Odoo

  1. open Odoo.
  2. Setting - Users list - current User form - Rights - "PBX" - set "PBX Manager".
2.2. tab "PBX" - set "Default number" equal to operator sip-number. Just get current operator sip-phone and check what is sip-number.
  1. If your database contain Contacts with phone numbers then you needed to Reformat all phonenumbers. Press Odoo in developer mode - General Settings - Reformat phone numbers - Reformat all phone numbers wizard - Reformat all.
  2. In Odoo Contacts -

4.1. open Contact form with phone number.

4.2. Press button with handset icon (to the right of the phone number) for make a phone call.
  • Make sure the sip phone is turned on.
  • Make sure the sip phone is connected to the internal line of the current Odoo user.
  • If the operator's sip-phone does not start ring, than check the settings of the current user(in user Form).

4.3. After make test phone call, press "Phone calls menu"(handset button in odoo systray menu(to the left of the your user icon)) - "All phone calls" - The call you just made should be in the call list.

4.4. Menu "General Setting" - tab "PBX" - open PBX number list - you see that odoo automatically add operator internal PBX. Set current odoo user for this pbx number.

4.5. Menu Contacts - open Contact form and make the second outbound phone call to this Contact. You will see the notification about phone call. This means that everything is configured correctly.

  1. Menu "General Setting" - tab "PBX" - "PBX gate phone numbers" - add your Company sip phone number in format +123456789012. You can see it in Zadarma web account - menu - My PBX - Internal numbers - any number - field CallerID. This setting will turn on the function redirect Client phone call to the Manager Lead.

I use this module for Zadarma in Odoo community 15.

This module is perfect for making calls, answering calls, knowing when a call has been missed, and keeping a written and audio record in the chat line for each of my clients.

Now when a customer calls me, I already know who is calling and I can answer them in a personalized way.

In my small company we have 5 service stations that work with telephone extensions and everything works perfectly.

In the beginning I had some difficulties in the installation but Oleh helped me immediately by WhatsApp.

Before buying I hesitated but finally it was an excellent investment for my company.

I’ve been using this module from half a year now. Some little problems that appeared have been solved quickly and efficiently.

The contact with the author Oleksandr is excellent.

 

The module works perfectly:

-redirects to the sales manager of a given contact

-creates the chance

-creates the contact

-gives the access to the recorded conversations from Zadarma server

 

If you have a tracking Zadarma service – the source of acquisition shows up in the contact

Zadarma setup instruction:

1. Install module "Zadarma" in Odoo. In your odoo user set rights "PBX Manager".

7.3. In Odoo -
General Setting - PBX - PBX number list - you see that odoo automatically add operator internal PBX. Set odoo user for this pbx number.
7.4. In Odoo Contacts - open Contact form and make the second outbound phone call to this Contact. You will see the notification about phone call. This means that everything is configured correctly.

8. In Odoo -

Boa tarde Oleh, acabei de comprar seu módulo, já instalei, mas não consegui programar. Não consigo encontrar como programar as credenciais de identificação e acho que outras coisas não aparecem.

How are you?  The module you developed looks very good to me.  Before I used Bitrix24 with zadarma.  Unfortunately with odoo, I had lost all the perks of the phone.  When I saw your module I got more excited.  Is it possible for me to take an online test before buying the module?  Thanks.

Oh sure. But now we are updating the internal servers. Therefore, the demo system will be ready only after we completely move to new servers. This will take about a month.
