Overview
Introducing ZestyBeanz's Tripsheet Module: A solution for creating and managing trips while seamlessly integrating with invoicing processes. With this module, users can effortlessly create trips, associate invoices directly, assign drivers and routes, and track expenses for comprehensive trip management.
Key Features
Trip Creation: Easily create trips for efficient logistics planning.
Invoice Association: Seamlessly associate invoices with trips for accurate billing and tracking.
Driver Assignment: Assign drivers to trips for effective resource allocation.
Route Management: Manage routes associated with trips for optimized transportation.
Expense Tracking: The module allows users to record and track expenses incurred during trips. This could include expenses such as fuel, tolls, accommodation, meals, and other miscellaneous costs associated with the trip.
After Installing the module
Two new User groups added
1.Tripsheet Admimistrator: Can create the tripsheets and assign to drivers
2.Tripsheet User: Users can view only his tripsheet records and add expenses then complete the trip.
In Preferences tab added two fields
1. Is Driver
2. Driver License
Login as Tripsheet Manager
New Menu Trip sheet Added

Routes
=>Here we can create new trip Routes .
Vehicles
=>Here we can create new Vehicles .
Create a new user with access as 'Tripsheet User'.
Ensure that the 'Is Driver' checkbox is checked and the 'Driving License' field is filled.
In the invoice form view, a "Remarks" field has been added to print in the tripsheet report.
Creation of a new tripsheet record with driver,vehicle and some invoices.
While Assign the trip, a validation error occurs if Odometer Start value not given.
Login as Tripsheet User
When logged in as a tripsheet user, only the trips associated with that user are visible.
The user can complete the trip. While Complete the trip, a validation error occurs if Odometer End value not given.
Additionally, the user can add expenses incurred during the trip.
Tripsheet Report
Tripsheet Report print option only available for Tripsheet Managers
