Is it possible to add the orders from the online store to the kitchen screens and how much would the price go up?

Specific customization is not available
if you do have POS it is the BEST KDS on the market

I have another question, the subscription is anual per Server or in general? The solution run in Enterprise and community ?

My dear, yes it does work on both Enterprise and Community,
for one subscription, you can get as screens as you wish as long as its a single company
