Overview
Geckoboard doesn't have Odoo as a defined data source. It creates an issue as you want to display your financial data from Odoo on the Geckoboard widgets. The purpose of this module is to solve it by creating a defined dataset in Geckoboard so that you can easily import your metrics to the widgets without need to hardcode anything.

How it works
Create an account in Geckoboard and find your API key |

Paste the API key into Odoo and create a Geckoboard account there. Open the "Account" tab, name your account, paste the API key, and click on the "Save" button. |

When the account is linked, you can create the metric that will import to the Geckoboard. Open the "Dataset" tab and click on the "New" button. |

This field defines how often that metric will be updated. If you set 15 minutes, it means that each 15 minutes, the metric will be updated in Geckoboard widget according to the Odoo report. Save all your changes. |
