Automatic Withholdings on Payments
Extiende account_withholding agregando lógica para cálculo de retenciones de manera automática, agrega un botón en los payment groups para poder calcularla y también la opción en ajustes para que se calculen automáticamente al confirmar un pago. Los tipos de calculos automáticos que implementa son: "based on rule" and "python code"
