Accounting Firm Service Request

App for Accounting Firm Service Request in Odoo

This app allows you to manage service requests from your customer and visitor/guests from your website and manage it in the backend request in Odoo using the service request as shown in the below screenshots.



Main Features :
  • Website Request Form: Customers / Visitors of a Website can send a service request from your website by filling out a form and submitting.
  • Service Request Unique Number: Generation of unique number/id of a service request on submission and record it as a service request in the backend.
  • Customer Portal: Customers can check the status of all service requests submitted by them on My Account at the Portal side of your website.
  • Create Quotation: Allow the service Officer / Manager to create and manage quotations and send them to your customers. From sales quotation to invoice and payment you will follow the odoo standard workflow of sales and invoice module.
  • Create Task: Allow the service Officer to Create project tasks.
  • Create Meeting: Allow the Service Officer to Create a Meeting from the service Request.
  • Service Request Stages: Allow service manager to configure and manage service request stages under configuration.
  • Services: Allow service manager to configure and manage Accounting Firm Services under configuration.
  • Configuration : Allow you to configure Service Request Stages and Accounting Firm Services.
  • Portal / Customer : Show the service request on my account portal to your customers.
  • PDF: Service Request report in PDF format as shown in below screenshots.

    Role of Customer / Guest / Public User

  • They can create service requests from your websites using form.
  • Customers after logged in can view submitted Service Requests in My Account Portal of your website.

    • Role of Service Manager

  • Service Managers can Assign Requests to service Officers.
  • Service Managers can create a Sale Quotation, Meeting and Create Task from the service request.
  • Discuss with Customers using open chatter or meetings.
  • Print Pdf Report of Service Request.

    • Role of Service Officer

  • Service Officers can create a Sale Quotation, Meeting and Create Task from the service request.
  • Discuss with Customers using open chatter or meetings.
  • Print Pdf Report of Service Request.
