Simple leave management
This module manages employee leave balances based on a monthly accrual logic.
Key Highlights
- Leave rights are automatically calculated at a rate of 2.5 days per fully completed worked month, starting from the employee's hiring date.
- Partial months are not considered; leave days are accrued only on the monthly anniversary of the hire date.
- Leave days taken (through leave requests) are automatically deducted from the employee's available leave balance.
- Manual balance reset is eliminated; all calculations are handled in real-time based on employee activity.
- A "Leave Certificate" document can be printed for each leave request.
