Odoo Advance Machine Repair Maintenance Service App


Odoo Machine Repair Management app allows the user to create a machine repair order, and a supervisor can assign it to the technician can create a sale order for this. Also, a technician can process and review repair order requests and create a task for them, and the manager can access them all. In the portal, users can see and create a repair request and provide an advanced dashboard, reports, and emails when a repair order is completed.


User Right

Set user right for machine repair manager, machine repair receptionist, machine repair technician and machine repair supervisor.

Dashboard

Machine repair manager can see advance dashboard.

Machine Repair Order

User can create machine repair order.


Website Portal

Portal user can create machine repair request and see it repair order.

Create Sale Order And Task

Machine repair manager or supervisor can create sale order and task also technician also create task.

Mail

Mail is send to automatically when complete the repair order.

Reception user can create a repair order and access customer menu, supervisor can assign to technician and create a sale order for repair order also technician can do process and review for this and create a task for repair order and add required part and order service in task, and machine repair manager can access all flow and all menu.

Create a repair order.


If previous history is true then user can see history of customer.


Onclick assign to technician button then following wizard is open.


Onclick assign button in wizard then team, project and technician is assign.


Onclick inspection mode button then state is change and inspection image tab open.


Onclick repair mode button then state is process and project task is created and add machine required part line and service line in task.


And repair order look like this


Onclick review button then repair order state change to review.


Onclick get part & service button then required part line and order service line come from related task.


Onclick create sale order(complete) button then sale order is created and repair order store in sale order.


Also give repair order field in invoice.


Also mail is sent to customer.


Onclick task smart button then redirected to related task.


Onclick quotation smart button then redirected to related task.


Report.


Portal

Portal user can see it own repair order in portal.


Onclick repair order then list of repair order open.


Onclick tracking button then related repair order open.


Onclick machine booking menu then create machine form is open.


Onclick submit button then repair order request is generated and thank you page open.


If repair order is created in website portal then it prints ribbon like this.
