Tender Management
Allow vendors to bid on the published tender.
Overview
Tender Management allows Technical and Commerical Bids Selected suppliers can provide their bids through online portal. Organization then select the best suppliers from the received bids.
Features
This module provides the functionality to have the Technical Bid / Commercial Bid from the supplier.
Supplier can bid multiple times for one Approved Tender.
Supplier can see the Bid History from Portal.
Only Manager is allowed to approve the Tender.
Multiple Tender is allowed to approve at a time.
Email is sent when new Tender is published.
Once the Manager publish the Bid result it will be displayed on Portal in Bid History.
Email is sent to the supplier when the Bid is approved.

No prerequisites are required before the installation.

Purchase User/Manager will able to create Purchase Tender.
Technical Bid Tender:
For the Technical Bid Tender you need to create Technical bid form which will be displayed on portal when the Supplier bids particular tender.
Once the Tender is created it shows in Request for Tender State.
Tender is only Approved by the Manager. If the user tries to approve it will Raise warning.
After the approval you can Publish the Tender on Portal.
As this Tender is of Type "Restricted" It will be visible only to the selected Supplier.
Supplier need's to fill the form and Submit it.
On click of the smart button, User/Manager will able to see the Bid Answers.
Tender User/Manager can enter score for the Bid answers.
After bidding is stopped Manager will select the bid and Approve it. On approval supplier is notified through an email.Manager can also create Purchase Order(PO) for that particluar Bid.
Tender Manager can Publish the result So that supplier can see the Bid score and Bid status on Portal.
Tender for Commercial Bid:
As this Open Tender supplier can signup from the portal and Tender will be visible to the supplier.
Supplier need's to add the Price and Remarks in the Commercial Bid Form
Supplier Will able to see the Bid History
Tender Manager can approve multiple Tender at a time.
