User can click the Tiles and States in tile,it shows the detailed view of corresponding operation Type.

Inventory dashboard have different types of graphs that will give you complete analyse of the inventory module.

Report

Go to Inventory -> Reporting -> Current stock in Excel. Now a wizard will appear on your screen. Please enter the warehouses which you want to take the report. You can also select category for products(It is Optional). Then Click "Export Product with Stock Info" button. Then You will get the corresponding report in XLSX.

Per warehouse, you can get Available Qty, Virtual Qty, Incoming Qty, Outgoing Qty, Net On Hand Qty, Total Sold & Total Purchased Qty. You can get your stock valuation details too. Negative stock will be highlighted in "red" cells

Product Brand

Navigate into Product-->Product Brands to Product Brand Menu.

Create a new Product Brand . We can add products directly from here itself.

Also, we can add the brand inside the product form.

Group the products by Product Brand.

Barcode to add Product

Enable the edit mode, Click the field 'Barcode' and scan the product. Now you can see the quantity is automatically Updated.

If no associated product found in list then a warning is popup.

Stock move Invoice and Bill

When we create Receipts, there is an option for making vendor bill in the same page

When we create a Delivery operation, there is an option for create invoice in the same page.

Configure the customer invoice & vendor bill journals from the settings.

All In One Inventory Report

Reporting -> All In One Inventory Report

Different type of reports can be seen.

You can apply date filter on reports, print reports in Pdf and Excel format.

Product Stock PDF Report

Go to Product Variants > Inventory tab and there can see stocks by location and button to print pdf of report.

Stock Picking From Customer Invoice and Stock Picking From Supplier bill

Create invoice and there can see an extra transfer button in invoice page.

Catch weight stock

We can click on the checkbox "Catch Weight Product" to Enable The Catch weight on the selected product. Also set Catch Weight UOM on each product, set the Inventory price and cost based on UOM or Catch weight-UOM.
