Streamlining the Vehicle Availability for Current and Future Reservations.

Vehicle Reservation

The Vehicle Reservation screen enables users to input essential information such as the name of goods, purpose of the rent, source and destination locations, along with the option to select a company driver and vehicle.

Rental Contract Status: The Rental Contract's current status is prominently displayed on the screen, facilitating easy tracking for follow-ups and monitoring the ongoing rental status.

Halter Charges: The Halter charges option is incorporated when reserving a rental for customers. In case the vehicle is halted, associated halter charges will be applied and explicitly mentioned in the final invoice along with the rental fees.

Invoice Generation Options with and Without Tax in Rental Contracts: The Rental Contract's invoice generation allows the user to specify whether tax should be applied or not. It provides the option to generate the invoice as either 'With Tax' or 'Without Tax,' enabling accurate billing for rental completions.

Odometer Calculations: After completing the Rental Contract, users can record the starting and ending kilometers, determining the total distance covered per contract through the 'Update Odometer' feature.

Total Kilometers and Applicable Charges in Rental Contracts: The total kilometers are displayed on the screen, allowing users to apply applicable charges per kilometer for an accurate determination of the total amount. Alternatively, the total rental charges based on the total kilometers per rental contract are showcased, providing visibility to the amount before invoice generation.

Payment Status Display in Rental Contract Screen: The payment status of Rental Contract invoices is prominently displayed on the Rental Contract screen, facilitating easy tracking of payments for each rental contract.
