Odoo 16 Gift Card Package (Enterprise)

This module allow user to generate gift cards and customer can use this cards to make payment.

Note: This module is tested and working in Odoo Enterprise edition but not tested in Community version. And we are supporting Ubuntu OS and not Windows OS.

How to use

  • Here we can use these features by configuration settings.


  • Here we can create gift card payment method and mandatory enabled 'Allow for Gift Card' field.


  • After enable the configuration there is one button, by clicking the Gift Card button there is open new screen, in this screen gift card can be create and list of all created gift card.


  • You can create new gift card by click on create button


  • Here we can see the screen for create gift card in below image.


  • Here is confirmation popup before going to create gift card or recharge card.






  • After customer can redeem gift card as per below images.








  • As per below image user can recharge the gift card .






  • As per below image user can change expiry date of gift card.


  • As per below image user can exchange the gift card number.


  • We can see card detail in below image


  • We can see card usage as per below image


  • We can see card recharge history as per below image.


  • We can define card type with name and code.


  • After using gift card user can get the email as per below image


  • Customer also get the email When change the gift card number.


  • Customer also get the email When recharge the gift card.


  • Here we can use these features by configuration settings.


  • Create Journal of Gift Card and Configure.


  • Here user can Order Gift Card.


  • Complete the payment and User Can Buy Gift Card.


  • Now Create sale Order.


  • Before Using Gift card Set Pin for that Gift card,For that click on "Set Pin For this gift card".


  • Enter the Pin.


  • After Successfully Set Pin,One Confirmation Popup is Shown.


  • Now Back on that Sale Order and click on the Use Gift Card button inside Use Gift Card tab, after that select Gift card and enter the amount, You want to pay using gift Card.


  • After using Gift Card,it will show inside Use Gift Card tab.


  • Now Create Invoice.


  • After Successfully pay using Gift Card,Screen look like this.


  • We can see card detail in below image.


  • Here we can use these features inside website by configuration settings.

  • Website Home Page Looks Like this.


  • For Buy Gift Card, click on the Gift Card button, inside User Drop down menu and Fill details, select the Gift Card Amount.


  • After that Screen look like this.


  • Now User Can Payment of This Gift Card.


  • After Successfully payment Screen looks like this.


  • Now Go to the Shop and Buy some Product and proceed for payment.


  • Now User can payment Using Gift Card Or another payment gateway.


  • if User want to pay using Gift Card, Click on the redeem Gift Card Button and Fill the Card Cridentials.


  • After Entering right Card Cridentials, it will open new popup


  • Now complete the remaining Payment, if payment is remaining.


  • After Completing payment, screen look like this.


  • We can see card detail in below image.

Sorry I know I messaged about just the pos gift card but noticed this after which is better suited. Do you have this for v17 enterprise?
