Odoo-Konsolidator connector
This Odoo app connects Odoo with Konsolidator financial consolidation software to upload general ledger accounts balances, including intercompanies transactions
We have added Translation using ChatGPT for English (US) and Spanish / Español.
Features
Upload
Users with role Invoicing: Billing Administrator can access to Konsolidator functionalityConcatenate counter party.
When uploading intercompanies transactions, user can choose to upload single general ledger account or concatenate the general ledger account with the code of the counter party.Only financial manager can access to Konsolidator features
Under Invoice > Users & Companies > Users menu, check that appropiate users has the Billing administrator role
In Odoo menu Settings/User&Companies/Companies
Check the field "Konsolidator Code", you can refresh the data, to read from Konsolidator available companies, and map every company in Odoo with a company in Konsolidator
It is needed also to map the Konsolidator dimension with the analytic account in Odoo, In Odoo menu Financial/Configuration/Analytic accounts
Check the field "Konsolidator dimension", you can refresh the data, to read from Konsolidator available dimensions, and map every Analytic account in Odoo with the corresponding dimension in Konsolidator
Select Konsolidator enviroment options
Under Invoicing/Konsolidator user can check all the master data which Odooo is reading from Konsolidator, master data as: Companies, analytic dimensions, sources and structures.
Select the desired company in a Odoo multi-company enviroment and choose the settings and the date to upload financial information to Konsolidator, then click Send button, if the uploading is correct, then "Success" advice will be shown
Check in Konsolidator, everything is correct.

Los usuarios con el rol Facturacion: Administrador de facturacion pueden acceder a la funcionalidad de KonsolidatorConcatenar parte contraria
Al subir transacciones entre empresas, el usuario puede elegir subir una sola cuenta del libro mayor o concatenar esta cuenta con el codigo de la parte contraria.Solo el gerente financiero puede acceder a las funciones de Konsolidator
En el menú Facturacion > Usuarios y empresas > Usuarios, verifica que los usuarios apropiados tengan el rol de Administrador de facturacion
En el menú de Odoo Configuración > Usuarios y empresas > Empresas
Revisa el campo "Código Konsolidator", puedes actualizar los datos para leer las empresas disponibles en Konsolidator y mapear cada empresa en Odoo con una empresa en Konsolidator
También es necesario mapear la dimensión de Konsolidator con la cuenta analÃtica en Odoo, en el menú Finanzas > Configuración > Cuentas analÃticas
Revisa el campo "Dimensión Konsolidator", puedes actualizar los datos para leer las dimensiones disponibles en Konsolidator y mapear cada cuenta analÃtica en Odoo con su dimensión correspondiente en Konsolidator
Selecciona opciones del entorno Konsolidator
En el menú Facturación > Konsolidator el usuario puede consultar todos los datos maestros que Odoo está leyendo de Konsolidator, como empresas, dimensiones analÃticas, fuentes y estructuras.
Selecciona la empresa deseada en un entorno multiempresa de Odoo y elige la configuración y fecha para subir información financiera a Konsolidator, luego haz clic en el botón Enviar. Si la subida es correcta, se mostrará un aviso de "Ãxito"
Verifica en Konsolidator que todo esté correcto.
