Auto Refresher

Adds a toggle button next to the pager (in trees/kanban views) to enable the auto refresh the displayed list without refreshing the browser and it is compatible with all Odoo modules.

Based on web_refresher from Compassion Switzerland, Tecnativa, Odoo Community Association (OCA)
