Dispute of Vendor Bill

The application allows users to create and manage vendor bill disputes. After posting a vendor bill, users can raise multiple disputes against it. However, if any disputes remain unresolved, the system will restrict the ability to register payments, ensuring that all disputes must be resolved before proceeding with payment. The primary goal of this feature is to enforce the resolution of disputes before payment registration. Multiple disputes are linked to the vendor bill via a smart button for easy access. Additionally, there is a dedicated menu to view all vendor disputes. Only users with the "Can Solve Vendor Bill Dispute" access rights can resolve these disputes.

User Guide

• Raise dispute of the vendor bill

• Add reason of dispute into the widow and create dispute

• Dispute created successfully

• Dispute linked with the vendor bill

• Dispute are not solved and user attempt to register payment

• Sysem will give warning to solve all the dispute before register payment

• Only user with below access right can solve or cancel dispute

• Authenticated user solves the dispute

• Dispute has been solved, now you can register payment on vendor bill

• Separate menu to easily access all the dispute
