• Enable users to add percentage discounts at the Purchase Order level and ensure accurate distribution among associated items.
• Empower users to apply percentage discounts directly to Purchase Order lines, enhancing flexibility in discount application and management.

Process:

• Install "Purchase Order Lines with Discounts" module:

• A new selection field was added to the purchase order level with three options:
  • On-Line Level Only.
  • Fixed Amount On Purchase.
  • Percentage Amount On Purchase

• After the purchase order was created and the line was added select the Purchase Discount Type:
  • On-Line Level Only:
    This is a normal discount type that allows the user to set a percentage discount for each line on the order lines.
  
  • Fixed Amount On Purchase:
    This type allows users to set a fixed discount amount on the total amount at the PO level and ensure precise distribution across relevant items based on their price and quantities.
  
  • Percentage Amount On Purchase:
    This type allows users to set a percentage discount on the total amount at the PO level and this percentage discount will apply on all lines.
