Allow Sales Records to Be Archived Access Rights Configuration
Under Settings > Users & Companies > Users menu, user need to enable the "Allow Sales Records to Be Archived" option to archive/unarchive sale order records.

After clicking on "Archive" button the Confirmation wizard will open where user need to click on "Archive" button.
