Change Production Quantity in Food Manufacturing Process Odoo
This app only works for community edition.Manufacturing flexible finished goods quantity odoo app helps user to change finished product quantity in manufacturing's work order process. Production user can increase or decrease finished product quantity from workorder and produce more or less product quantity for production order via work order and it consumed raw material same as planned Quantity . This odoo apps mostly use for food manufacturing industry where user don't know what will be actual finished good quantity after finished the manufacturing order. By default Odoo doesn't allow to record production for more or less than plan produce quantity with same consumed materials, Our this odoo module solved that problem so production user can record produce quantity as per actual output they receive after that production which consumed material as per plan quantity . If you have multiple work order on manufacturing order then change qty option will be appears on the last work order so once you finished the record production it will logged added finished goods quantity and finished manufacturing order.
Supervisor Email Notifications: Users can assign a supervisor to receive email notifications regarding delay issues. This functionality keeps supervisors informed about any delays and enables them to take appropriate actions to resolve the issues. Delay Reason and Fluctuation Reason: When the actual time exceeds the expected time, a popup is raised, prompting the user to enter a delay reason. If the time difference is equal to or greater than 15 minutes, the user must also provide a fluctuation reason, capturing additional details about the deviation. This app includes a scheduled cron job that runs once a week. This cron job generates an email report containing work order issues and sends it to the assigned supervisor. This report helps supervisors stay updated on any ongoing work order problems.

Consumed Qty as Per Planned Material
Manufacturing Configurations
User have to select "Consumed Qty as Per Planned Material" option under Manufacturing > Configuration > Settings menu.
Increase Finished Product Quantity In Manufacturing Order
User can see manufacturing order with quantity to produce.
User have to click on "Start Working" button of manufacturing work order.
Change Finished Product Quantity
On manufacturing work order user can see quantity to produce, and can enter produced quantity and click on "Done" button.

On Manufacturing order user can see updated finished product quantity in Inventory Moves.
