Dynamic Approval for Multi-Level Approval Rules

The Dynamic Approval All in One module allows administrators to create fully customizable approval workflows for any model. It includes two user roles, Approval Administrator and Approval User. Admins can define dynamic approval forms linked to any model, with multiple approval lines based on a selected float field. Each line includes a minimum amount condition and user group, ensuring records are approved only by the right users with the required access and amount limits. The module supports multi-level approval flows, button visibility control, and method-based button execution, providing a powerful way to manage approvals across different modules. The full approval history is tracked in the chatter for transparency.

Customizable Approval Workflows

Admins can create fully customizable approval workflows for any model in Odoo, tailored to business needs.

Group-Based Access Control

Dynamic approval is managed through access control based on related groups.

Access & Limit Control

Only users with the required access and amount limits can approve specific records, ensuring secure approvals.

Approval History Tracking

All approval actions are logged in the chatter, ensuring full transparency and audit trails.

Dynamic Approval Access Rights

Go to Settings > Users In the Dynamic Approval section selecting either "Manager" or "User."

Under Main Menu "Dynamic Approval" will be visible

Create New Dynamic Approval

Select The "Model" where you want to apply approval,Select Field which will used compare with minimum amount of approval line,"Button to Hide" used to hide button before manager approval to restrict the action.

1.Create Sale Order

Click on submit button

When a sales order is created and the minimum amount condition is not met, the order should move directly to the 'Confirmed' stage after the first approval is submitted

2.Create Sale Order

The "Confirm" button is currently not visible.When the minimum amount condition is met based on the sales order amount, then after clicking the 'Submit' button, only users in the approval group will be able to see the 'Approve' button and approve the order

The approval group will be able to 'Approve' the order

After Assign the groups Both Manager and User can reject the approval.

After Rejecting the approval ,Quotation goes to cancelled stage. User can reset the order to Quotation state and Re-submit it.

After Re-submitting, Related group user can Approve/Rejects the approval sale order again.

Sale Order is approved and Confirmed by given related groups

3.Create Sale Order

User can create sale order and add details, click on submit button and send for approval

After Assign the groups Both Manager and User can reject the approval.

Validation Error

If user have not groups access for second approval, validation error raise

Approved Sale Order

All relevant information will be displayed within the chatter, including the creator of the approval, the responsible user group, and the complete approval history.

This Odoo app can not be used with Odoo Online (SaaS).

How can I install the module I bought ?

You need to copy paste the module that is inside the zip file to your addons folder. If you are installing the module into an existing database, you need to enable the Technical Features to click on Apps > Update Modules List. Your new module will now appear in the list of modules that you can install.
