EasyPost Shipping Integration Odoo App offers seamless integration between EasyPost’s powerful multi-carrier shipping API and the Odoo platform, providing businesses with a unified solution to manage their shipping operations efficiently. This connector enables real-time access to a wide range of global shipping carriers through a single integration point, allowing users to generate shipping labels, track parcels, calculate accurate shipping rates, and validate addresses—all from within the Odoo interface. It supports domestic and international shipping, giving companies the flexibility to choose the most cost-effective and reliable carriers for each shipment. With improved shipping accuracy and automated logistics workflows, the integration reduces manual effort and streamlines order fulfillment.
Real-Time Shipping Rates
Automatically fetches live shipping rates from EasyPost also applied international shipping rates based on delivery address.
Label Generation
Automatically generates shipping labels for EasyPost shipping services.
Shipment Tracking
Provides tracking updates within Odoo for all shipments made via EasyPost.
EasyPost Delivery Method on Website
User have option to choose EasyPost delivery method on website also.
EasyPost Delivery Method Configuration
User need to enter EasyPost Test Key and EasyPost Production Key in EasyPost delivery method.
Create Sale Order
User can create a new sale order and click on the "Add Shipping" button to select a shipping method.
Add a Shipping Method Wizard
User need to select EasyPost shipping method and select any EasyPost service.
If delivery address should be out of country then international service charges will be apply after that click on "Get rate" button to get the international rate of shipping service.
User can see the international rate of shipping service and click on "Add" button.
User can see the applied delivery method should be added in sale order line.
Create Sale Order
User can create a new sale order and click on the "Add Shipping" button to select a shipping method.
Add a Shipping Method Wizard
User need to select EasyPost shipping method and select any EasyPost service after that click on "Get rate" button to get the rate of shipping service.
User can see the rate of shipping service and click on "Add" button.
User can see the applied delivery method should be added in sale order line. Now click on Confirm button to confirm the sale order.
EasyPost Delivery Method in Carrier
User can see the EasyPost delivery method is updated in carrier and click on Validate button to Done delivery.
Validated Delivery
User can see the delivery is done and shipping label and tracking number is generated. User can track their delivery status by the tracking number.
Shipment Tracking Details
After clicking on tracking button user will be redirected to EasyPost tracking page and track the order.
EasyPost Shipping Label
Cancel Delivery
User can cancel their delivery by clicking on "Cancel" button.
Confirmation Wizard
After clicking on "Cancel" button a Confirmation wizard will open where user need to click on "Ok" button to cancel delivery.
Shipment Cancelled Message
User can see the shipment is cancelled message in delivery.
Send to Shipper Button
User have option to repeat the shipping process by clicking on "Send to Shipper" button.
Repeat Shipping Process
User can see the repeat EasyPost shipping method process with updated tracking reference.
EasyPost Delivery Method in Website
User can see the EasyPost delivery charged should be applied based on delivery address on website.
