When you get shipment from vendors, Our module allow you to import bulk Serial number in incoming receipt using excel file.

Data File Sample
You have 2 different options to import by LOT and by Serial Number.
1) Import by LOT
2) Import by Serial Number.
You need to maintain the column order.
- LOT
- - Lot Number.
- QTY
- Product Qauntity
- Serial No.
- - Product Serial No.
1. When lot no is selected in Import option, please select file that contains lot no.
2. When Serial no is selected in Import option, please select file that contains serial no.
Import Serial Number and Lot Number in Picking Receipt
Import Lot Number in Incoming Shipment(Purchase)
Under Product > Inventory > Traceability set "Tracking" as "By Lots" to import product with lot number on picking receipt.
The user made an order of 22 quantities and the shipment was generated for that purchase as shown in the figure, and if user want to import it, user must select the button highlighted in the figure.
Here you have to click on the Import Lots/Serial Number button to import lots or serial numbers.
Clicking the Import Lot/Serial Number button opens a wizard where you can choose to import lot or serial numbers based on the product's tracking configuration; lot numbers require quantity in the Excel file, while serial numbers need only the serial codes.
Enable Download Sample Files, select the sample type and click DOWNLOAD SAMPLE FILE to download a sample import file.
After clicking Import, you'll see a confirmation view showing all lot/serial numbers imported successfully. Simply click Confirm/Save to finalize.
On click of "Save" button user can see picking order's done quantity as per demanded quantity with lot number.
Import Serial Number in Picking Receipt(Purchase)
Under Product > Inventory > Traceability set "Tracking" as "By Unique Serial Number" to import product with serial number on picking receipt.
The user made an order of 2 quantity and the shipment was generated for that purchase as shown in the figure, and if user want to import product with serial number, user must select the button highlighted in the figure.
Here you have to click on the Import Lots/Serial Number button to import lots or serial numbers.
On import wizard user have to select "Serial No" option and upload file containing serial number for product.
Enable Download Sample Files, select the sample type and click DOWNLOAD SAMPLE FILE to download a sample import file.
When the user clicks on the 'Import' button, the serial number for the product will be imported from an Excel file as shown in figure.
On click of "Save" button user can see receipt order's done quantity as per demanded quantity with serial number.

Import Lot Number in Delivery Order(Sales)
Under Product > Inventory > Traceability set "Tracking" as "By Lots" to import product with lot number on delivery order.
The user made an order of 15 quantity and the delivery was generated for that sales as shown in the figure, and and if user want to import it, user must select the button highlighted in the figure.
Here you have to click on the Import Lots/Serial Number button to import lots or serial numbers.
Clicking the Import Lot/Serial Number button opens a wizard where you can choose to import lot or serial numbers based on the product's tracking configuration; lot numbers require quantity in the Excel file, while serial numbers need only the serial codes.

Import Lot Number in Internal Transfer
Under Product > Inventory > Traceability set "Tracking" as "By Lots" to import product with lot number on incoming shipment.
The user should select the button highlighted in the figure if they wish to import 10 quantities with lot numbers in the transfer.
Here you have to click on the Import Lots/Serial Number button to import lots or serial numbers.
Clicking the Import Lot/Serial Number button opens a wizard where you can choose to import lot or serial numbers based on the product's tracking configuration; lot numbers require quantity in the Excel file, while serial numbers need only the serial codes.
Enable Download Sample Files, select the sample type and click DOWNLOAD SAMPLE FILE to download a sample import file.
After clicking Import, you'll see a confirmation view showing all lot/serial numbers imported successfully. Simply click Confirm/Save to finalize.
