Product Activity Based Costing - Production Lot Costing for MRP with Accounting Entry Odoo Apps
MRP Product lot costing with Accounting Entry Odoo Apps helps to manage complete manufacturing process costing with lot number and generate accounting entry according to the lot number specific costing. These apps are useful to calculate activity based costing for the complete manufacturing process and follow accounting entry according to manufacturing lot costing, and pass all process costing to the final production goods via WIP. This costing process also includes raw material costing with landed cost and calculate material cost on production orders. This apps is show complete cycle of production costing with accounting using lot number, when raw material is purchased it's recorded purchase unit cost on received lot number , when this raw material is consumed on production selected lot numbers costing passed to the material costing of the finished goods/wip and also cover overhead cost, machinery cost , labour cost etc all process costing to the final lot number which helps to see final total costing of the lot number and user can deliver those lot number to the specific customer according to the costing of lot. This app is very useful for the food manufacturing industry to manage costing based on lot number. This all process also affects accounting entry according to the costing calculated on the production orders.

You don't have to create serial/lot number manually,it will create number automatically as per configuration like global or product wise.
User can set digit and Prefix
You can set number prefix and digit as per wish for serial no.

User can add direct material cost, direct labour cost and direct overhead cost in Bill of material as well as on Production order.
Total Process Costing for Bill of Material and Manufacturing.
Display total costing for direct material cost, direct labour cost and direct overhead cost in Bill of material as well as on Production order.
Product Purchase Costing On LOT.
User can manage product purchase costing based on lot number.
MRP Production Costing on LOT.
User can manage manufacturing production costing based on lot number.
MRP Costing Reports.
User can able to print process costing With BOM report and process costing With MO report.
Generate Stock Journal Entry.
Stock journal entry will generated for costing.

User have to select product traceability and Inventory Valuation as Automated.
Purchase Order
Incoming Shipment
In detailed operation wizard user have to enter new lot number for product.
User have to validate incoming shipment.
Landed Cost
User can create landed cost with same incoming shipment created before.
Click on "Compute" button and validate landed cost.
Purchase Costing on LOT
User can see "Purchase Costs/Uom" same as entered in purchase order and "Landed Costs/Uom" same as entered in landed cost.
Stock Journal Entry
User can see created stock journal entry.
Production Costing for BOM and MO with LOT Number
Process Costing Configurations
User can select manufacturing process costing method as "Manually" or "Work-Center" and MO serial number Apply method as "Global" or "Product Wise" under Manufacturing > Configurations menu.

When user create manufacturing order then selected BOM's Direct Labour Cost and Direct Overhead Cost will be filled automatically on manufacturing order.
Direct Material Cost will be filled automatically based on Consumed Materials of manufacturing order.
User can also add direct material cost manually.

Work Center Configurations
User have to enter "Overhead Costs per hour" and "Labour Costs per hour" in work center, and all the costing lines will be added automatically in bom based on actual costing fields of work center.
