Mass Mail Send By Email For Invoice/Sales/Purchase Odoo Apps
This Odoo apps helps to send a mass mail sale order, purchase order and customer invoice/vendor bills to customers/vendors by email. These sales, purchase order,invoice send with report(pdf) as attachment. Also this email send from the email template so user can manage the content of email right now we used existing send by email template. This Odoo apps also provide feature to easily filter invoices, Sales order and purchase which are sent using email or which need to be sent.
Send email of sale and purchase order
Users are allowed to send invoices through email, user can select multiple invoices.
User can see attachments of invoices report.
User can see attachments of invoice reports in email.
User can see sent invoices of both sales and purchase
User can see sent invoices of the customer through the filter option in the invoice.
User can see invoices not sent.
User can see not sent invoices of the customers using the filter option.
Mass Mail of Sales Order
Choose the sale order you want to send a mass mail to customer.
Mass Mail Sale Order Wizard
Click on send button to send email to selected sale order's customers.
Email will be sent to Customers.
Here you can see attachments of sale order report.
No Customer Email Address Error
User can not send sale order to customer without email address.
Sale Order Filter
Sale Order Not Sent
It will show sale order which are not sent via mass mail to customers.
Mass Mail of Purchase Order
Select Purchase Order
Choose the purchase orders you want to send a mass mail to customer
Mass Mail Purchase Order Wizard
Click on send button to send email to selected purchase order's customers.
Email will be sent to Customers.
Here you can see attachments of purchase order report.
No Customer Email Address Error
User can not send purchase order to customer without email address.
Purchase Order Filter
You can use "Order Sent" filter to show purchase order which are sent via mass mail to customers.
Purchase Order Not Sent
It will show purchase order which are not sent via mass mail to customers
Mass Mail of Invoices
Select Invoices
Choose the invoices you want to send a mass mail to customer.
Mass Mail Invoice Wizard
Click on send button to send email to selected invoices.
Email will be sent to Customers.
Here you can see attachments of invoice report.

Invoice Filter
You can use "Invoice Sent" filter to show invoices which are sent via mass mail to customers.
Invoice Not Sent
It will show invoices which are not sent via mass mail to customers.
