Helpdesk Support Ticket With Purchase Order Odoo App helps users to configure Purchase helpdesk ticket checkbox. Users can generate purchase orders directly from helpdesk ticket vice versa they can generate a helpdesk ticket from the purchase order/RFQ.

Configuration for Purchase Helpdesk Ticket
Under user configuration you can tick on 'Purchase Helpdesk Ticket' checkbox.
Create Purchase Order from Helpdesk Ticket
In helpdesk ticket you can click on "CREATE PURCHASE ORDER" button to create a RFQ/purchase order directly from the helpdesk ticket.
After created purchase order you can see 'Purchase Orders' smart button on ticket's form view.

You can see created purchase order directly from helpdesk ticket and also view smart button of 'Tickets'.
Create Ticket from Purchase Order
In purchase order you can click on "CREATE TICKET" button to create a helpdesk ticket directly from the purchase order.
After created helpdesk ticket you can see 'Tickets' smart button on purchase order's form view.
