Mandatory Question on Point of Sales Odoo Apps
POS - Point of Sale Mandatory Questions Odoo App helps users ask questions to the customer before adding an item to the POS Cart. Users can configure mandatory questions and groups and then be allowed to ask questions option from POS configuration. Users can select mandatory question groups for each specific product to allow them to ask questions while adding that product to POS. Users can show the answers as per the products in the POS receipt and back-end POS order.
Mandatory Questions & Groups Configuration
User can configure mandatory questions groups and mandatory questions.
Allow To Ask Questions Configuration
User can enable or disable 'Allow To Ask Questions' option to ask mandatory questions in POS
Mandatory Question Groups on Each Product
User can select mandatory questions groups on each specific product.
Display Answers in POS Receipt and Order
User can shown the given answers in POS receipt and back-end POS order.
Mandatory Questions Groups Menu
Goto Point of Sale -> Configuration -> Questions Groups menu in that user can create mandatory questions groups.
User have to enter name of question group and select mandatory questions for that group.
Mandatory Questions Menu
Goto Point of Sale -> Configuration -> Questions menu in that user can create mandatory questions.
User have to create question and select mandatory questions groups for that question.
Allow To Ask Questions Configuration
Under point of sale configuration, User have to enable "Allow To Ask Questions" option to ask questions in POS.
Mandatory Question Groups on Product
In products form under 'Sales' tab, User can select mandatory question groups for that specific product.
Add Product into Cart in POS
When user add product into cart, Mandatory Questions wizard will be popup.
User can select question group and based on that questions should be visible then enable/disable question as per the requirement.
Update Mandatory Questions in POS
If user wants to update mandatory question, Click on the 'i' icon as per given bellow image.
User can select question group and based on that questions should be visible then enable/disable question as per the requirement.
Display Answers as per Product in POS Receipt
Display Answers as per Product in POS Order
In POS order, User can view answers as per product in "Extra Comments" field.
