Odoo POS pharmacy management app helps users manage their pharmacy store with POS where they can manage medicines, inventory, invoices, and substitute products. Advanced drug search options allow users to search for drugs by manufacturer, medical use, and side effects. POS Pharmacy allows you to display products in grid view and list view. The quick payment option in POS enables users to delete individual PO lines and entire orders and pay quickly with one click.
POS Pharmacy Configuration
User can configure the pharmacy products by enable/disable list view and grid view.
Create Pharmacy Product
User can create pharmacy product by entering pharmacy related details.
Create Doctor
User can create doctor with details.
Advance Search Option
User can search the pharmacy product by using advance search option.
Remove Orderline and Delete Order in POS
User can remove the orderline and also delete the order in POS.
Quick Pay Option
User can quickly done the payment by using quick pay in POS.
List of Doctors Menu
Under Point of Sale > Pharmacy Management > List of Doctors menu in that user can create the doctors.
Pharmacy Products Menu
User can view the list of pharmacy products.
User have to enable 'Is Pharmacy Product' option to add the details related pharmacy in 'Pharmacy' tab.
Create Manufacturing Companies
List of Diseases Menu
User can create the diseases with description.
Medicine Usage Menu
User can create the medicine usage with description.
Create Side Effects of Medicines
Precautions Menu
User can create a precautions with advice.
POS Configuration for Pharmacy
Under POS configuration, User can enable list view and enable/disable display product name, display product type, display product reference code, display product UOM, display product price, display product on hand qty, display forecast qty, display product image as small size, medium side and large size.
User can set the default product view as 'List View' or 'Grid View'.
User have option to enable 'Advance Search' option to allow advance search in POS.
User can see POS session locked automatically after time interval if user don't work on POS.
User have option to enable 'Delete Order' option to delete the order in POS.
User have option to enable 'Clear Orderline' option to remove the orderline in POS.
User have option to enable 'Quick Pay' option to use quick pay feature by selection journal in POS.
List View of Pharmacy Products in POS
User can see the list view of pharmacy products in point of sale screen.
Advance Search in POS
User can see the grid view of pharmacy products in point of sale screen.
User can easily search the pharmacy product using advance search option.
User can easily search the pharmacy product by entering details of manufacturer, diseases, medicine usage, side effects and precautions.
Added Pharmacy Product into Cart
User can added pharmacy product into cart and also view and add alternative product into cart.
Remove Orderline in POS
User have option to remove separate orderline and all the orderline by using below icon.
Delete Order in POS
User can delete order using delete icon in POS.
User can see the order should be delete in POS and select the doctor by clicking on 'Doctor' button.
User can see the list of doctors in POS and select one.
Quick Pay Button in POS
User can quickly done the payment of pharmacy POS order by clicking on quick pay icon.
