Partial Qty Check in Quality Control extends Odoo’s quality control functionality by enabling inspections on specific quantities of received goods. In many industries, products are evaluated before being added to stock, ensuring that only approved items are accepted while defective ones are sent to a rejection location. With this module, users can approve or reject portions of received products and take necessary actions, such as returning rejected items to the vendor, initiating rework, or scrapping them. This enhances quality control efficiency, improves inventory accuracy, and aligns with industry best practices.
Integrated Quantity Tracking
Record and track the quantity inspected during each quality check. Support for partial and full quantity inspections at different operational stages.
Customizable Quality Control Points
Define specific quality check parameters for various products or operations. Configure control points for goods receipt, manufacturing processes, or delivery stages.
Quality Control Point
In the quality module select quality control points from the quality menu.
Here user can add products and relevant quality check type.
Product quality check from purchase
After confirming the purchase order click on receipt button.
Click on quality check button.
Quality Check Wizard
In the quality check wizard, check partial quantity and enter pass & fail quantity then click on pass/fail button.
Order moves to ready state after quality check.
Here user can see the passed/failed quality check in the quality check form.
Quality Check Report
User can see quality check report by going to the reporting menu in quality module.
